Fruit Salad Aided

Fresh fruit salads are excellent with a cream cheese dressing. Sprinkle a few whole or silvered salted almonds over the salad to make it even better.

APRICOT COOLER, American

Ingredients
  • 1 twelve-ounce can apricot nectar
  • 2 tablespoons strained lemon juice (1 small lemon)
  • 1 twelve-ounce bottle pale dry ginger ale
Preparation Instructions

Method: Pour apricot nectar into pitcher or other container and stir in lemon juice. Add ginger ale and mix lightly. Serve immediately in tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Makes about 3 cups, enough for 4 servings.

Note: Chill apricot nectar and ale in refrigerator before making cooler.
