APPETIZER

BAKED FISH A, Bulgarian

This dish is best served cold.

Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 mackerel
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 cups tomato paste
  • 2/3 cup salad oil
Preparation Instructions

Place fish in pan. Cover with chopped parsley. Add tomato paste and oil. Bake until tender.
