SIDE DISH

BAKED ZUCCHINI SLICES, American

Ingredients
  • 2 c. sliced zucchini (cooked with 1 garlic clove)
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/3 c. grated yellow cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 T. parsley, chopped
  • 2 T. salad oil
Preparation Instructions

Drain cooked squash. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
