MAIN COURSEBARBECUED CHICKEN, AmericanIngredients
Preparation InstructionsPour one bottle soy sauce over 2 pounds cut up chicken and marinate 20 to 30 minutes or overnight. Dip chicken pieces in favorite barbecue sauce and roll in crushed up barbecue potato chips. Cover with wax paper and microwave on bacon-meat rack, 5 minutes on high and 10 minutes on medium high (about 7 minutes per pound). When juices are clear, chicken is done. Serve with vegetables.
