BISKUPSKY CHLEBICK (Fancy Fruit Egg-White Bread (Cake)), Czechoslovakian
Cut almonds (not blanched), raisins, quince jam and citron peel in slivers. Beat egg whites to peak stage, add sugar by the spoonful, beating after each addition. Fold in gently the slivered fruit and chocolate bits, butter, rum and flour. Prepare a bread pan or a tube cake form: butter and flour pan. Fill with dough and bake about 1 hour at 350°.
