Kitchen Talk

If you have a helping of jelly left over just whip it till light -piece out with a little whipped cream - add chopped nuts. It makes a grand sauce for ice cream.

APPETIZER

BLUE CHEESE CHILI DIP, American

Ingredients
  • ½ cup American blue cheese
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation Instructions

Blend one half cup American blue cheese (about 3 ounces, crumbled) with one eight-ounce package cream cheese, three quarters cup chili sauce, one quarter cup lemon juice and a dash hot pepper sauce. Heat until smooth and chill.
