SUMMARY

Bob makes it so parents can set the amount of time a day/week someone is allowed to use the appliance that is plugged into it. If you open the lock, and plug-in the appliance (TV, computer, etc) it makes it impossible for the child to unplug the appliance and plug it into an outlet. When time is up, it will shut off the power to whatever is plugged into it
