MAIN COURSE

BORJU PAPRIKAS (Veal Stew), Hungarian

Ingredients
  • Veal
  • Onions, sliced
  • Paprika
  • Tomato paste
  • Sour cream
  • Salt
Preparation Instructions

Cut the veal into small pieces and wash well. Brown sliced onions in fat, mix in 1/2 tsp paprika and 1 tbsp. tomato paste. Add the meat and salt, cover and let boil. Add some water occasionally to prevent the meat from burning. When done, add sour cream and serve with nockerls.
