BEVERAGES

CALYPSO COOLER, American

Ingredients
  • ½ cups instant nonfat dry milk
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 ½ cups water
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation Instructions

TRY A CALYPSO Cooler for the young set. It is delicious, nutritious, and inexpensive. Mix in blender or electric mixer one and one-half cups instant nonfat dry milk, four ripe bananas, two tablespoons lemon juice, one-fourth teaspoon cinnamon, dash of salt, three tablespoons sugar and one and one-half cups water. When smooth, add two more cups of water, blend and pour in tall mugs or glasses. Add a good scoop of vanilla ice cream and two straws.
