Grate longhorn, mild and sharp cheddars in large bowl. Crumble in blue cheese and let stand several hours. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Add garlic salt, paprika and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Roll into 3 large balls and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with small crackers. Serves plenty.
