CHEESE BISCUIT, American
Sift flour with salt, cut in butter, add 1 cup grated cheese. Work lightly into a stiff dough. Roll out ½ inch thick, cut with small cutter and prick top with a fork. Bake in 350℉ oven about 12 minutes. Do not brown.
