MAIN COURSE

CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE, American

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Bag Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Jar Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Cans Campbells Tomato Juice
  • 4 Slices American Cheese
Preparation Instructions

Cook Egg Noodles As Per Directions On Bag. Brown Ground Beef, Salt And Pepper To Taste. Drain. Chop Up Onion. Brown. Drain. Put Ground Beef Back In Skillet. Add Onion To Ground Beef. Add Sliced Mushrooms. Add Campbells Tomato Juice. Add Slices American Cheese. Allow It To Get Hot And Melt Cheese. Pour Into Casserole Dish. Cover With Tin Foil. Cook Acout 30 Minutes At 350. Use 4 Slices American Cheese, Folded Into Quarters To Make A Checkerboard Pattern, To Top. Pop Back Into Oven To Melt Cheese. Serve, Leftovers Are Great Rewarmed.
