MAIN COURSE

CHEYUK KU-I (Pork Roasting), Korean

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Pork (without bones)
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 piece garlic
  • Dash ginger
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation Instructions

Slice the pork into thin pieces. Chop green onions and garlic; mix with ginger, soy sauce and pepper. Add pork to spice mixture. Roast over open fire on an iron net (just like barbecue).

Note: This applies to beef, spareribs, fish and chicken.
