APPETIZERCHOKAE-KUI (Baked Clam), KoreanIngredients
Preparation InstructionsDrain clams from can. Mix well with all the vegetables and eggs. Either bake in one pan or make individual size. We use clam shells for baking. Just bake long enough to cook eggs (350° --8 to 10 minutes). Serves 5. (Other shell-fish, like crab, can be cooked the same way).
