Recently a great many of my telephone calls have been from mothers whose youngsters are returning to school. The problem seems to be generally the same - what is new and different in sandwiches for children's lunches?

Using cottage cheese high in protein and rich in essential elements for growth and health, I have developed several ways of making new and delicious sandwich fillings. Here they are:

Ingredients
  • cottage cheese, then choose one or several from the following:
  • chopped pimento
  • green peppers
  • green onions
  • olives
  • pecans
  • cashew nuts
  • fresh pineapple, drained
  • B-V (extract of meat)
  • anchovy past
Preparation Instructions

Sandwich Fillings

Cottage cheese with chopped pimiento
Cottage cheese with green pepper
Cottage cheese with green onion
Cottage cheese with olives and pecans
Cottage cheese with cashew nuts and fresh pineapple, drained.
Cottage cheese with B-V
Cottage cheese with anchovy paste
