MAIN COURSE

Crumb Cake, Canadian

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 3/4 c white flour
  • 3/4 c butter or margarine
  • 1c sour milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1c raisins
  • 1c currants
Preparation Instructions

Rub flour, sugar and butter to crumbs. Remove 1 cup crumbs. Mix the remainder with egg, baking soda, sour milk, cloves, cinnamon, raisins and currants. Spread 1 cup crumbs on top of mixture. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 325-350 degrees F. Enjoy!
