CZECH KISSES, Czechoslovakian
Beat egg whites until very stiff. Beat in 6 tbsp. sugar, a spoonful at a time. Continue beating until mixture will hold peaks. Add vanilla and then fold in the rest of the sugar. Form little drops with teaspoon on baking sheet. You may decorate the top of kisses with chopped almonds. Bake in a slow oven (250°) for 45 to 50 minutes.
