EASY-DOES-IT CANAPÉS, American
Plate lined with paper towel.
Place a piece of meat on each crisp cracker. Top with cheese. Garnish with any of the following: parsley, chives, crumbled bacon bits, sliced olives or pickles.
Place 10 at a time on paper towel-lined plate, MICROWAVE 30 SECONDS to 1 MINUTE on HIGH, or until cheese begins to melt.
NOTE: One piece of sliced luncheon meat makes 4 canapés.
