But the word cellar conjures up images of dark, cavernous chambers cut out of bedrock, or slick, temperature and humidity-controlled rooms lined with mahogany wine racks. All very nice, but not at all necessary. We recommend you interpret cellar somewhat loosely. APPETIZERFISH SALAD, BulgarianIngredients
Preparation InstructionsPut celery, potatoes, carrots, onion, bay leaf in salted water and bring to a boil. Cook about 15 minutes. Add fish to cooked vegetables and steam until tender. Drain. When cool, cut into small pieces. Add chopped pickles, parsley, pepper, olive oil and mix. Spread on small platter, and cover with mayonnaise. Decorate with olives and parsley.
