Ingredients from Heringsalat recipe, repeated here.
Use the same ingredients as for heringsalat above, omitting potatoes, use only 1/4 lb. beets, only one herring (according to taste). Ingredients are cut into thin strips. Use, if possible, various kinds of meats together. Serves 5.Goes with: Recipe for Heringsalat - .
