BEVERAGES

GOGLE-MOGLE, Russian

Ingredients
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. sherry, rum or brandy
Preparation Instructions

Beat egg yolks and sugar until light yellow, fluffy and smooth and beat in sherry, rum or brandy. Serve on hot cocoa or coffee; also good to eat if you have throat hoarseness.
