BAKED GOODS

GOGOSHI (Raised Doughnuts), Romanian

Ingredients
  • Hot fat for deep frying
  • Powdered sugar
  • Jam - optional
Preparation Instructions

Take the plain raised dough. Roll out about 1 inch thick. Cut with large biscuit cutter. Cover and let rise. Fry in deep hot fat. Drain on paper. Sift powdered sugar over them, glaze, top with jam, fill with jam, or top with favorite icing.
