Crock Pot Update!
Over the summer, (2009) I bought myself my first crock-pot at Costco. I had been eyeing them for sometime after reading these articles my nice guest writer sent me, but always found some reason to put it off... (Like my credit card being refused because I was over the limit again... sigh.)
Then, last summer, as I was wandering deep in the ware-house-y goodness of Costco, I saw a Crock Pit for less than $30 and I pounced.
I am very glad I did, because they are very practical indeed, and you can produce very healthy, low cost meals without too much effort.

Wouldn’t you love some ME time?Many moms these days are just too busy. Many work full or part-time, and even those that stay at home have a variety of responsibilities that take up much of their time. Cooking, cleaning, chauffeuring, errands, a spouse, and children all vie for precious time, leaving little, if any, for personal enrichment.
