MAIN COURSE

Guinness Corned Beef? Brilliant!, Irish

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds corned beef brisket
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12-ounce can of Guinness
Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°. Rinse beef completely and pat dry. Place brisket on rack in roasting pan or Dutch oven. Rub brown sugar onto beef, coating the entire brisket, including the bottom.
