Preparation InstructionsSlice the onions, add a little salt and brown in bacon fat. Cover the pan and steam the onions. When tender and brown, season with paprika. Add the raw beef, which has been cut into cubes and mix well. Place on moderate heat and cook for about 20 minutes. Slice bell pepper, carrot, tomatoes and potato in small pieces. Add to the partly cooked meat. Season with pepper, garlic salt and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Add a little water and cook on moderate heat for 2 hours. Contributed by Mrs. Magda M.
