RECIPES FROM THE RETRO HOUSEWIFE

SAUCES

ITALIAN SAUCE FOR BROCCOLI, Italian

Ingredients
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Clove of garlic
Preparation Instructions

Pound garlic well in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. then blend in oil. Set in warm place until ready to use. Just before serving broccoli spread the prepared sauce over it with a teaspoon so as to completely cover it.
