MENUItalian Supper For 6 To 8, AmericanMenu Items
Notes For ServingA day or two before: Make Antipasto Relish. Refrigerate. Early in the day: Prepare fruits. Dip banana slices in lemon juice to prevent darkening. Refrigerate berries and pineapple. Prepare Garlic Bread. Set aside. 40 minutes before serving, or earlier: Prepare fondue sauce. Set aside to reheat. Cook and drain spaghetti. Make meat sauce, Cook two packages broccoli for 12 to 14 minutes. Set broccoli aside, covered. Place Antipasto Relish in serving dish. Finish and warm broccoli, if necessary. Heat Garlic Bread. After dinner, reheat Fondue Sauce while clearing the table. Contributed by The Magic Chef, 1978
