Baking Pan SizeGive particular attention to the size of the pan in which you do your baking. Success or failure often depends upon your choice. A too-deep pan will prevent food from browning; a too-shallow one will allow food to run over into your oven.

KOEFTE (Meat Balls), Turkish
Preheat oven for 350° F. Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Knead the mixture until all the ingredients are mixed with the meat. Then roll it into small balls the size of a walnut. Place them on a cookie sheet and put in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
