KÖNIGSBERGER KLOPS GRAVY, German
Brown flour in fat, add 2 cups cold water slowly, stir and cook until smooth. Add rest of anchovies, bay leaves, capers, vinegar and wine, dash or sugar, mustard. Stir well and simmer a few minutes.Goes with: KÖNIGSBERGER KLOPS - This dish has it's own gravy to go with it.
