KÖNIGSBERGER KLOPS (Konisberger Meat Balls), German
Mix ground beef and pork with squeezed bread roll, add egg, grated onion and 2 tbsp. chopped anchovies. Form ping pong-size meat balls, and put into boiling water. Take out after they emerge and simmer in gravy for 5 to 10 minutes.Goes with: Gravy - This is the special gravy that goes with this dish.
