MAIN COURSE

LAMB WITH GARLIC, Greek

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs. shoulder of lamb
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cube butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
Preparation Instructions

Cut the lamb into small pieces and brown in butter. When browned, add lemon juice, tomato sauce (slightly dissolved) and garlic. add a little water so that when cooked only a thick sauce remains. Cook on top of the stove. Serve with fried potatoes.
