Lemon Marinated Steaks, American
Place steaks in a shallow baking dish. In a bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, green onion, sugar, salt, Worcestershire, mustard and pepper. Pour over steaks. Cover; let stand 4 hours in the refrigerator or overnight, turning steaks several times.
Remove steaks from marinade, reserving marinade. Pat excess moisture from steaks with paper towels. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Heat reserved marinade on grill. Remove steaks to serving platter. Carve steaks across the grain; spoon marinade over slices. Serves 4
