LEVERPOSTEJ (Liver Paste), Danish
Put liver, fat, and onions through meat grinder three or four times. Melt butter, add flour, then milk and cook . Add cream sauce to liver, add eggs and spices. Beat well until almost smooth. Bake in loaf pan, set in a shallow pan of water, 1 hour and 15 minutes at 3500. Cool. Serve sliced or as a sandwich spread.
