MANDLOVÝ DORT S KÁVOVÝM KRÉMEM (Almond Cake with Mocha Filling), Czechoslovakian
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar and add finely ground almonds. Divide into 3 parts, put into buttered round cake pans and bake in a moderate oven until light brown.
Mix butter with sugar, add egg yolks and Nescafe. Spread filling on each layer of baked pastry and stock the layers. decorate the top layer with chopped almonds.
