The Secret Of the Mantle Clock, 2007-06-19
Dear Retro Housewife,
I just came across your site while trying to find a way to determine if a mantle clock that my grandmother had was possibly purchased with Blue Chip or Green stamps. I would love to find one as it is very sentimental to me. As I recall (in the early sixties), it was maybe 12 inches or so high, brown and the highlight was that it had a "fireplace" on it in which the "fire" moved. I've kept my eyes out looking for one but just never thought to check online. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you.
