Preparation InstructionsCut fish into 2-inch pieces, coat with flour, salt and pepper, and fry in oil until done. Drain and set aside. Slice onions and fry in oil until brown, add carrots, catsup, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Arrange a layer of fish in a casserole. Cover with sauce.
