MAIN COURSE

MEAT BALLS, Bulgarian

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ loaf French bread
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • 1 chopped onion
Preparation Instructions

Soak bread in water for 10 minutes. Squeeze water from bread. Add all the ingredients to bread and form 8 or 10 balls. Flatten and roll in flour for frying.
