DESSERT

Miracle Coconut Pie, American

My friend Tracy made this for my birthday (last Sunday). It tastes a lot like one of my favorite cakes from Brazil. Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon
Preparation Instructions

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9' x 13' pan that has been greased and floured. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake it at 350° F for 45 minutes.
