MOCK CHICKEN, American

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. veal
  • 4 pieces of bread,
  • cut up 2 lbs. pork
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation Instructions

Boil meat together until very well done and 2 cups of stock are left. Cut meat into small pieces, Add salt and pepper to taste, dry bread and eggs, well beaten. Mix well and put into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F
