SAUCES

MUSHROOM SAUCE, Swedish

Ingredients
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • Thin cream or whole milk
  • 4 tbsp, butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 tbsp. flour
Preparation Instructions

Cook mushrooms in butter until tender, add flour, stir and blend well, add enough thin cream or milk to make a thick sauce, add salt and pepper. Cook a few minutes.
