RECIPES FROM THE RETRO HOUSEWIFE
Mix flour, eggs, salt and enough water to make a soft dough. Beat until smooth. Drop or cut into boiling salted water. After 10 minutes of boiling, drain through colander and rinse in cold water. Melt some shortening in dish and add nockerls.
