MAIN COURSENorwegian Canned Fish Balls, NorwegianIngredients
Preparation InstructionsMelt butter, add flour, blend, then add milk. Bring to a boil, add sherry, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Add fish balls and simmer until heated thoroughly. Serves 2. Note: Use the canned variety of Norwegian fish balls. It is also very tasty to add shredded lobster or shrimps to the sauce.
