Preparation InstructionsDry off the bone free fish filet (codfish, haddock, coalfish, or a mix of all of them), grind the filets in a meat grinder. mix in the salt, then the potato flour, dill, fine chopped garlic, paprika or pepper. Mix it all together. Pour in a little cream/milk, a little at a time. mix thoroughly every time. The dough should be very fine, not too soft.
