RECIPES FROM THE RETRO HOUSEWIFE

SAUCES

OLIVE OIL AND LEMON SAUCE, Greek

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation Instructions

Beat all ingredients well. Pour on grilled fish while hot. Serve immediately.
