BEVERAGES

ORANGE MIST, American

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 cans frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation Instructions

Mix sugar and 2 cups of water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly. Mix lemon juice, concentrated orange and remaining 2 cups water. Add sugar syrup and blend. Freeze It. Pour into refrigerator trays and freeze about three hours or until mixture forms heavy crystals throughout, but is not firm.

Serve at once in fruit juice glasses with spoon or straws. Garnish with cherry or sprig of mint.
Serves 8 to 12.
