Do you have any tips how to organize beauty pageant, and find sponsorships?

I have never organized a beauty pageant myself, so I don't feel qualified to give advice on how to go about it.
As for finding sponsors - I started sponsoring girls when I was asked to do so. It came quite out of the blue - but it turned out to be fun.
I would just start asking people, local business and anyone else you can think of who might be interested.
Make sure you have a program for your pageant - then display the names or advertisements of your sponsors. That way they will benefit and will be more likely to become a sponsor.
