PASTE (Cookies), Italian
Beat eggs with sugar. Add chilled melted butter stirring well; Then baking powder, grated rind and enough flour to make a soft batter for drop cookies. Drop on greased and floured cookie sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sugar to give cookies a golden color. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes and reduce to 350° for 10 minutes.
