So far this is what I have found:
Sobranie Cocktail - gold colored filter tips and colored paper and
"Pink Elephant".
Then there are the gold-tipped color cigarettes (Fantasia
by Nat Sherman). They come in 5 different colors, including pink, and look
like this:
