PATIO DIP, American
Combine marmalade, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and curry powder in 1-quart casserole. MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture boils. Stir. MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until sugar is dissolved. Stir to blend.
Refrigerate 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Serve with fruit and vegetables for dipping.
