PECAN PIE, American
Separate eggs and beat yolks with sugar and baking powder. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Add egg whites which have been beaten stiff. Put in pie tin. Bake 30 minutes at 300°. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
